Congrats Grads

No offense meant.  I went to law school at night and worked full-time as a geologist so I've been there.  Its takes a tremendous effort and dedication to do this and is a great accomplishment to those who have done this.

Where however, will they work? 

As for the compassionate docs facing the new health care laws?

Commencement exercises are continuing at area universities, with the spotlight shifting from undergraduates to doctors and lawyers.


When Gaylynn Griffin earned her law degree from St. Mary's University on Saturday, she fulfilled a dream she's held for nearly two decades, through two children and a 17-year nursing career.

Griffin, who walked the stage with 240 other graduates today , returned to class in 2007 with the fledgling evening law program. The program caters to adults looking to switch careers. Juggling families and full-time jobs with class schedules and homework, evening law students tend to be highly motivated, Griffin said.
